“VSP1” & Vung Tau Project Information:
In terms of the Vung Tau Province project location for the "Lotus Park" "international horse racing & sports project", as Vung Tau Province is home to the Grand Ho Tram Strip Casino & Resort which covers an area of 164 hectares with an investment capital of US$4.23 billion, and the Wyndham Resorts Kahuna “Ramada” 5 hectares resort which is adjacent to the casino, and the Greg Norman “Bluffs golf course” across the road.
Our land relocation back in 2019 was agreed too by both the Federal Ministries and the Vung Tau Government as it was deemed to be a Grade "A" international project which according to the Government's master plan should be located near the other Grade "A" international projects and facilities.
These 3 iconic international brands and their customers will be serviced by a new Loc An airport which is around 14kms from Ho Tram (at an estimated cost of up to US$50 million), with this 200-hectare site now acquired by Asian Coast Development Ltd, with construction estimated to be completed by 2021.
Our “Lotus Park” integrated sports project will complement and expand the Vung Tau Province Government Master Plan (2020-2025) of increased sports facilities for both tourism, and more importantly for their local residents, and their school and sporting communities which consists of nearly 1.5 Million local Vung Tau residents (as at 2019).
Therefore, our vision is to complement and enhance the Vung Tau Government Master Plan with our integrated "international horse racing & sports project" facility which will represent the next evolution in this country’s sports and tourism industry.
