Upon receiving an Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and being assigned Business Sector Code 9200 and/or 9319 by the Department of Finance and Foreign Investment Agency, Sportstel will apply for an International Sports Betting Business Licence, subject to a ‘Principal Agreement’ with the Ministry of Finance outlining the terms and conditions.
